By placing an order with Hunnies Hush, you agree to the following Return & Refund Policy.
1. Hygiene & Safety Policy
For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on:
- intimate products
- pleasure toys
- lingerie
- bodysuits
- opened items
- used products
- items removed from original packaging
- sale or clearance items
- gift cards
This policy is strictly enforced to protect the safety and wellbeing of all customers.
2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- damaged
- defective
- faulty
- or incorrect
please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To lodge a claim, please email:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photographs of the item and packaging
Once reviewed and approved, Hunny Lust may offer:
- a replacement item
- store credit
- or a refund where applicable
We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet our policy requirements.
3. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
- the item must be unused
- unopened
- in its original condition
- and in original sealed packaging
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for refund processing once approved. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required under applicable consumer laws.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Hunny Lust is not responsible for:
- delays caused by postal carriers
- incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
- lost or stolen parcels marked as delivered
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information provided is accurate at the time of purchase.
7. Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in discreet packaging for customer privacy. Packaging will not display product details or explicit branding.
